Soil to Leaf is a 1:1 creative mentoring session, a space to explore your voice, clarify your message, and shape it into something you can share with the world.

I’ve been a filmmaker, storyteller, and visual communicator for over a decade. Long before I began sharing my own message online, I spent years behind the scenes helping others craft theirs, including managing and creating content for organisations, small brands, and public figures like Olympic gold medalist Tom Daley. I know what it takes to turn a raw, meaningful message into something digestible for the digital world, and I’d love to help you do the same.

The name Soil to Leaf comes from a framework I’ve developed called the Message Tree, a way of understanding the creative journey from deep inner work to public expression.

The soil is where our creative energy is rooted, the rituals, stillness, and grounding practices that nourish us. The roots are the deeper stories we carry, often tied to our inner child, our grief, our longings. From there, we move up the trunk, shaping our core message. Then out through the branches, into scripts, stories, and spoken word. Finally, we reach the leaves, the public-facing content, offerings, and ideas we share with the world.

This is the arc of authentic expression, from the unseen to the seen, from the felt to the spoken.

This one-hour session is designed to meet you wherever you are in that process. Depending on your needs, we might explore:

• Cultivating a creative process that invites new ideas to land

• Cinematography and editing, making the most of what you’ve got (even just your phone)
